Trisha Hendricks is an American journalist currently working as a reporter/multi-skilled journalist for 12News. In 2006, Trisha began working as a reporter for KPAX-TV in northwest Montana. She covered the Flathead Valley for the Kalispell bureau. Trisha was moved to the Missoula main station in the fall of 2007 to anchor the weekend shows and do weekday reporting.
She was employed by 12News in Phoenix two years later as a multimedia journalist, planner, producer, and stand-in traffic anchor. Trisha covered a wide range of topics at that time, including the killing of Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Tucson and the Wallow fire in eastern Arizona, which at the time was the largest wildfire in Arizona State history. She also works as a multimedia journalist and reporter for 12News currently.
In the fall of 2011, Trisha received a promotion to cover northern Arizona as a multimedia journalist and general assignment reporter. She was elevated once more to report for 12News out of the main station in Phoenix, where she is currently situated, after working out of the Flagstaff bureau for two years.
Trisha’s efforts throughout her career have helped 12News win multiple station Emmys. For her work producing, filming, editing, and reporting on her Explore Arizona series, in which she traversed the state to give viewers a close-up look at the distinctive experiences the Grand Canyon state has to offer, she has also been nominated for an Emmy.

Her major at Arizona State University was broadcast journalism, and she minored in communication after graduating from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communication. As a third-generation ASU Sun Devil, Trisha is extremely proud. In the 1950s, her grandfather was an ASU quarterback. Trisha gave her time to work on the air for a nonprofit radio station for the blind while in college and held internships with three Phoenix television stations.

She has covered tens of thousands of life-affecting stories.
