Cunningham joined Team 12 in July 2022, following a seven-year stint at TEGNA sister station 4WWL in New Orleans, where she covered everything from the aftermath of Hurricane Ida to the shooting death of former Saints player Will Smith, major sporting events, and Mardi Gras.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Jade was named one of the top three medical stories by the Press Club of New Orleans. Before New Orleans, she reported and anchored for KTAL, an NBC station in Shreveport, Louisiana, and KGWN, a CBS affiliate in Cheyenne, Wyoming.
